“…effortlessly finds itself on playlists with the likes of JP Saxe, Joel Baker and Lauv. On Repeat!” - Elyse Aeyrn

Wes Fowler is a singer/songwriter from Toronto, Ontario.

His sound will remind you of the sweetness of Damien Rice and the melodic sensibility of Ed Sheeran. He began making a name for himself in Toronto’s small club scene for his trademark vocal tone and well-crafted, rhythmically driven songs.

Wes has studied songwriting with Ed Sheeran, and shared a stage with both No.1 UK songwriter Luke Concannon, and NBC’s The Voice winners Girl Named Tom.

“Artists have a tendency to posture and perform a bit much. Meanwhile Wes Fowler is the most exactly-himself artist I know about. If you hear a song by Wes, you know him personally.”

The Chocolate Cake Song

“There are few artists that can pull off a primarily acoustic driven ballad and make it a hit. Wes Fowler has done just that with “The Chocolate Cake Song.” The acoustic guitar sings throughout the song while Fowler’s voice flutters over every perfectly crafted word.”

Heroes, Villains and Zombies

“This song is for the person who has found something special in a person who loves them for who they are. No smoke and mirrors, no lies, no hiding, just being who you are and being loved/loving someone for that.”
